Ok so I found someone selling an xbox that works great but is banned on xbl, does anyone know if I can do something to unban it, or should I just not buy it, its selling for $30.

LMAO i got banned for a month on gb reason: Terms of Use Violation. I did NOTHING wrong lol. Whatever gb sucks now anyway. I win 3 matches and go up 10k but when i lose 1 i go down 7k.. Wow.
