thats a great way to recruit, as long as theyre not total scrubs, so I'd say you're off to a good start. Also i think u need to set up a scrim schedule. spontaneous scrims are always good but id like to do some scrims to see where you all are at and idk when u are scriming or on.

also a good idea is to set up pick up scrims (just go on the GB forum and you can find tons of them, a lot against good teams) for extra practice whenever you have enough people on.
