To me I feel like a fucking Football Coach when I'm leading I bitch at them when they fuck up and tell them what they should do next time but they get all mad at me and shit then post it on the site saying I'm a dick and I shouldn't be Leader....

If you ever encounter this, talk to your supporting admins or Console Commander (Coolking). Usually, in any argument like this, we try to resolve the problem by backing the work the commander has been doing. If you live up to what you say, then their shouldn't be any problems.

I'm always Online and you guys know that... I'm just a really really Strict Leader.
