What the hell is that new ICON game supposed to be about?

Been seeing the commercial, and it has cool music. but it has to be the worst gaming commercial ever because the only game play shot is of one guy pushing another onto the ground. It is incredibly vauge and has zero details about the game itself.

So what the hell is it, a street fighter game, a rpg for rappers, or what?
