"A few years ago, on Long Island, six teenagers were arrested after a crime spree involving break-ins, a violent mugging and a carjacking attempt. According to what the teens told authorities, they had been trying to live out the life of Niko Belic. Ever heard of him? He is the protagonist in the wildly popular video game 'Grand Theft Auto IV.'I don't think it makes us more violent, it just nulls our senses towards violence around the world.
Thus is correct, although just another event created because of Violence in Video games.Unless you're in the mob, you won't come close to Niko's life. That guy was a pimp, boss, gangster, and pretty lost in the line of revenge. Those six teens don't even have anything on what happened to OWS yesterday, let alone Niko
I have to Disagree...There are those type of kids that are literally stupid and try to re-enact those videogames. But it isn't the games fault. They say what the appropriate age to play it is, and if you can't handle it then that's your problem, not theirs. So to answer your question, it isn't appropriate because of what the game is about but we can play whatever we want. Just keep in mind we are at fault, not the developers for whatever happens.
That also has no Relevance. A movie is something you can watch. Yes you may have bad nightmares.Do horror/gory movies make people more violent?
twilight. boom, lawyeredYou can't get addicted to a movie...
