there's a 19.5kb limit for avatar's but not for your signature. That should be good to go for using as a sig. Besides you asked for a sig not an avatar.

I see...you are trying to upload the pic from your pc.....upload the pic to your flikr/photobucket account(they are free) instead and copy

code located under each pic into the signature box above the smiley's.

and if you need further assistance you can temp change your password then send it to me...I can log on and do it for you then I'll log out and you can change your password back to original one. I've done this for Undead Corpse69 a few times already.
