Eh perhaps I jumped the gun on saying it was going to be shut down. They are going to jail http://www.engadget.com/2009/04/17/the-pirate-bay-founders-head-to-prison-website-soldiers-on/ but I guess they are kind of going legit at the same time. They sold the site to some compny who will keep the site as is, but pay the studios to show their movies.
