Can any of you tell me if this is true?

The PS3 has only 1 main processor at 500mb. Bigger you say yes, but when you think about it it has those other 7 processors. Now whomever designed this did not think about the companies producing the games. The 7 extra procesors are a measly 25mb big. The main 500mb process is left to process the graphics and all the arithmetic and logic calculations. Now thats where the other 7 come into play I hear you say. Well not completely; the other 7 processors (being 25mb big) are a pain in the ass to use. Reason is that which programmer or even company are going to look for bits of code that are only 25mb big? Basically no one; that being said, up to today the maximum amount of processors being used in the PS3 is 5 so far. This is done by Gears of war 2, who uses 5 processors -the main and 4 sub processors. The reason the 7 are not used so much is because to find code that doesn't timelapse (run at the same time) and is the right size for one processor -otherwise it has to be split over two of them- takes a lot of time, time is money and therefore the companies don't bother with them often.

Pretty interesting.
Id say that yes, it would create less loading time if that what your trying to say.

The main processor is what you would want to hack tho.....
