Is kinect going a lil too far?

I just don't like the fact that with the Kinect there would be a hackable microphone and HD camera listening to everything in my house and watching everything in it's view at any time. But then again, I guess the same could be said about all of our laptops, desktops, and phones nowadays too lol.

at least you do have the option to turn it off and it's the developer's decision and not Microsoft to filter out profanity within the game.
