ftb3 big problem

hey guys uhhh i have a ftb3 problem and have had this for like a month already...

ok here it is. when i shoot my gun like F2K it has good accuracy right?.. wel mine been fuking up so bad. this started way back wen i was stil using my famas.. like i lock on, on a person and shoot, i get that litle x that stands for perfect aim and then like it disapears and a dot is bobbing around and im barely hitting anything. if im in front of a person im fuked. i always have to be behind them to atleast kill them damit. i tried the deadzone crap and aim and everything. could this be lagg?.. cuz sometimes i dnt seem to be lagging and it stil doing it. could it be scratched UMD ????... this is so stupid. i usualy single shot if its like 5 or 10 feet away because its not even that far and alredy my F2K wil need like a whole fuking mag to kil the guy. literaly. a whole mag or maybe more.
