same here, being killed by my own claymore right after I plant it has happened to me more times than I lke to admit :S
i get so many knife fails. and i had a respawn fail when i was playing with i think grills and supreme maybe idk and some1 shot an rpg at one of them and i spawn and died instantly because i spawned infront of an rpg
