XBL WTF

Yo... I have a question. Is this happening to anyone else?


L8tly ive noticed when i sign into xbox live... It says.... (Account was signed in on another console)... I never thought a whole bunch about it... as i was checking my stats at work through my computer at work.

But it started to say this... everytime i logged into my account (On my xbox) so i started to question it. Because i dont sign in through my computer very often.

Well last night, something new happened. I was in the middle of a match with Nadbomber.... and poof... Disconnected from xbox live---- REASON--- Account has been signed in on a different console.... I signed in again... played for 2-3 min... Then *POOF* kicked for same reason.

I went to settings and placed a password to be used (If signed in on any other console cept my one at home).This seemed to stop me from getting kicked for the next 2hrs at least.

Now ... here is the kicker... I have not signed in on a friends console (Ever)... so im not sure what is happening here. If i was getting hacked... wouldnt they have taken my account and ran.... cause this has been going on for a little while, before i got kicked off line.

Yup.... Someone had my email account... Went to log in... and someone has changed my password.

Got it back though.... Good thing i set up the security part...where it texts your cell phone number a new temp pass. All should be good... Changed my password .... Wooped em' again, eh boys?

Make a seperate Email address for just gaming, and change your Email to your new one, that should work as that happened to me on PS3

M$ needs to sort dis shit out QUICK. I just finished all my currently do-able college work and I plan on nerding on the Xbox for the next few days inbetween seeing my lovely GF, don't want ANYTHING to fuck it up. >.>

Sucks meat, good thing you got the cell phone security setup. I would take of all payments options on your account too, because if they accessed it once they can re access it by entering the last 4 digits of your Credit Card etc. Good thing you got it strained out right away. You can also call Microsoft and tell them that your account should not be signing in on any other console except yours (Give them your Xbox model and ID number) and all other attempted to log in on your account should be blocked.

H3CZ xJawz Woodysgamer tag have all been hacked. Rumor was that a Microsoft employee was selling account but idk if this is true...
