So my whole life, I've been a very warm to hot shower kind of guy. I get in there, steam it up, and I just like the way it feels.
So I would always get out of the shower, be drying off, and I'll be like k im dry! and then I'll be wet in spots Ive already dried. So I figured: All that steamed up bathroom and hot water for extended periods of time is probably making me sweat after my showers, which defeats the whole purpose of taking one in the first place!
So what I've started doing lately, especially after running, biking, or soccer games is taking my typical hot shower, but towards the end, I just CRANK the ice cold water and bring down my body temp. So when I get out, Im not still all hot.
Im not sure why it took me several years to realize this lmao but it did, you're welcome for the knowledge!1
And just a reminder courtesy of OJ: Remember to apply deodorant after showers!
