A couple of things and btw I'm not on any1s side.

1st 27-20? Weird score did he back out?
2nd painkiller is the only legit death streak and u have to die 3 times to get it. I don't think u can complain unless u agreed on no death streaks and used copycat and didn't copy classes. Also when I do 1v1s I say gun only, no equipment or any bs. I guess jess' fault for not saying that but using stun /flashes are really gay 1v1 cuz u have like a 70% chance of hitting him then u know where he is were as in a team match u usally don't just throw up random stuns/flashes. But if u guys didn't decide on a rule then jess can't complain and should have done the same thing

its not a perk, its a death streak and it only works for 10 seconds.

well obviously its worse then jug because u die 3 times in a row to get it. all the other death streaks are worthless so tell me what death streak u used and why
