im prettty sure noone here has said that one is better than the other. the only advantage that a PS3 has over a 360 is the blu ray. a 360 has faster CPU's and better graphics hardware. even if a blu ray disc can hold more details it cant produce them all anyhow because its streams more details rather than enhancing them like a 360.

actually blue ray does matter. All games on PS3 are blu ray which make them unscratchable so they wont get messed up and the Blu ray disc can contain more game quality then the regular dvd. Xbox uses DVD and thats why the game suffers. Most ppl dont like this because game developers have to lower the game size so it can fit in 1 dvd or even 2 because xbox doesnt support blu ray. Thats why its a big issue.

yes i did because the ps3 has 8 processors that help control the system and the game. Thats why PS3 doesnt get RRoD. Btw the graphics are the same.

It does not have 8 processors Blazer, if it did, the PS3 would be much much MUCH more expensive AND be a lot faster and not freeze as much on me. It has 8 "specialized cores." And according to everything I have read 360 outperforms PS3 in power and speed and of course, ease of development because it has 3 general purpose processors to run everything compared to PS3s one general purpose processor and smaller individual specialized code readers that they have to use and thus makes it a pain.

lmao i was thinking of pc but yea it has 8 cores. I dont know about you but the ps3 never freezes for me or any other DM member with a ps3. I dont know what you do with your ps3 but it might be something else thats making it freeze. do you update it?

PS3 is equivalent to 360 except the controllers are different and PS3 comes with blu ray when 360 comes with HD-DVD.
