When I first got my xbox, i set my age as 14 & i had to give them my email, which also says im 14. Now, i cant talk when im in pre-game lobbies or talk to anyone in a party unless im friends with them. does anyone know how to change that? Please right back soon:idk:

i told you on the shoutbox like 5 times. you have to reset your xbox to factory settings and this is how you do it

-go to system settings
-click console settings
-click system info
-while your at system info press these buttons IN ORDER, LT RT X Y LB RB L Y R R

(the L and the two R's at then end are on your directional pad.)

if that doesn't work call microsoft.

"while your at system info press these buttons IN ORDER, LT RT X Y LB RB L Y R R" - that resets to factory settings, i tried it already yesterday. And if i call microsoft, what do i say? cause i cant be like "yeah im 14" cause then they wont tell me..

well i tried to change it and 1/5 times when i join a lobby i can hear them & talk to them but then most of the time i cant.. wtf

Its at the same screen where you can set your account privacy.

-Click your avatar. Right next to your Game load screen.
-Then three scrolls to your right --> Says Online Saftey
-Click Change Settings
-Select Custome

From there you can Do what ever you like. Theres alot of cool selections you can choose from..

I wish PS3 had a setting where it automatically blocked kids from being able to talk to you or hear you.. I swear if I go deaf by the time I turn twenty its from kids with mics.
