Our high school has it in this city.
no. 13,000 people die from the REGULAR flu every year. at this rate, the "swine flu" isn't nearly as dangerous.
the media is doing what it does best. Spreading fear to uneducated people in order to boost TV ratings and newspaper sales.
I remember they did this to the West Nile Virus. It was made out to be the coming of the end of the world. After it all blew over, VERY FEW people died in the US.

West Nile is actually still around, and kills people north of the border all the time. My mom had it, and it really fucking sucks...
FYI: they have a vaccine, i heard t on the Dr.s
i know its still around, and im sure it does suck but what i'm trying to say is that its nowhere near as bad as the media made it out to be.
