If it's you're current signature, or a past one and I'm to late to C&C on it.. But anyway, I don't like it.. The colors are.. Wierd and don't go well at all with the render, there's no text. Looks like you did a Neon glow or something? On the left side it's as if it's randomly chopped, and on the right it has that annoying white stick poking up.

You neeed to work on flow, color, text(none), and borders, there isnt really anything there and i dont know what u spent doing for that one hour
maybe u over did it, and ur design is hidden withing the layers. it happens. but try followin some tutorials. i have some great ones on my site. link in sig, and u can only get better with practice.
