well, i was told to write a poem for a competition. So, i thought i should post it here, and get some feedback from you guys first.
so yeah, just read it and let me know what you think
Red Rage
A red rage courses through me
Screaming "Mutiny!" as it runs.
I can't handle this much longer,
This is far from being fun.
It slithers into every blood vessel,
Like a boa constrictor.
Unable to breathe,
Unable to be free
As it snakes through me,
It sheds a skin of furious fire.
My whole body ignites.
There's nowhere to hide.
With Venomous Fangs,
It spits and hisses.
It warns of an eruption,
But its unpredictable
When and how
It will unleash itself.
Like a poison,
It's killing me.
The vial is filling:
I have to release
Agony, Anger, Hate, Violence
Upon the world I've grown to know
I want to lose control, But
I don't know how.
It's trapped inside.
Forever imprisoned.
Forever Forbidden inside.
The door is locked,
No way of escaping.
Now there's only torture
To be cast upon me.
Charred from the inside
With scorching hot venom.
The furious fire burns
And devours me whole.
