Mario Golf: World Tour, which was originally expected sometime this summer in North America and later this year in Europe, is still on track for a 2014 release.
The game was expected this summer, according to a Nintendo Direct session back in April, and the firm’s recent financials (PDF) had it down for the period as well, but it hadn’t been updated apparently – thus the confusion on the matter.
“Nintendo of America can confirm the game will be available in 2014,” a Nintendo representative told Nintendo World Report.
Nintendo announced during E3 that Mario Gold: World Tour has been delayed into 2014, so this just confirms things for you.
Upon release the game will feature competitive real-time multiplayer matches against others across the globe along with a community feature to find others to play golf with.
