LL is interested in buying a Capture card!

Hello DM's and blue nubs. As you probably can already tell if you can read at all, i want to buy a capture card. Do you have one that you want to sell? PM me. Looking somewhere in the $40 range, preferably a Dazzle. Also can you people help find me a good one online? Maybe, ebay or amazon or something?
I need it to work with vista. I need to be able to use my TV and my computer while recording. I bought a crappy ass cap card a couple years ago, and i could only have input on my comp, and not my TV. I HATED IT! So yeah, around $40 would be nice.

Dazzle Cap Card Plus is better but more expensive
