iTunes help PLEASE

ok so i had my iPod set to manual all the time so i can bring it to my friends library and drag music.
than i get a dumbass virus on my computer
my dad deletes absolutly everything on my computer so i gotta start fresh
he thought he saved all my music on a hard drive but turns out he didnt
so all the music formerly on my iTunes is gone...
is there any way to put music from my iPod back on my iTunes??
please help this is really pissing me off

there isnt a way to do that sorry
but you do have every song on youre ipod still so you can search it up on limewire or wherever to re D/L it

no i dont know maybe u can try saving a song on desktop and try moving it into itunes?

eh just download all your tracks back, use torrents or 1-click downloads (rapidshare/megaupload), never trust limewire.

Also, I'm not a fan of the iPod movement but I think when you sign into iTunes it should have a list of all the songs you purchased and give you the option of downloading them again.

When you put your Ipod into your comp doesnt it show your playlist with all the songs? then save them to your lib. ive done it.
