Beat's WR in 200m by 0.02 seconds. The previous WR holder (Michael Johnson, american, predicted a 19.5 second time, HE GOT OWNED

I watched the race live. He was untouchable. An amazing athelete who will probably break his own records in the future. I've never seen someone run so fast and win by so much :O

Congrats Usain (Insane ) 'Lightning' Bolt.:mmlsmiley: He almost did this on his b-day (21st)

i wanted to make this thread but oh well...

Damn that was the greatest thing i saw in the olympics, Bolt ran way faster than the others and was stunned by how big of lead he had.
He turned back to see where Osafa Powell (previous WR holder) was and then he celebrated earlier.

Powell didnt even get a medal. but the american got bronze :thumbup(1):
Bolt couldve had a better time if he didnt celebrate before the race was over lol.

personally i thought he could of had in the 9.50's

It was a great race, though it only lasted 9 seconds lol. I watched it live and he was way out in front of everyone else and started opening his arms and beating his chest before he even crossed the line. It was a great race. Later they had the 400m Men's hurdles, we had 3 men from the USA in it and our 3 guys got the gold, silver, and bronze, it was an American sweep! USA Baby!

plus the jamaican guys and the dominican guy who got silver in that race are all trained in the usa i think(not sure) lol.
