OJ pointed out some info about chemicals being used on food and I said yeah yeah I'll just scrub them shit vigorously before I eat them. Well, I just watched this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exBEFCiWyW0&feature=share and turns out trying to eat vegetables to maintain healthy eating habits may be poisoning me xP

Pretty crazy stuff.

Ive known this for a long time. its all money for them. they use chemicals to grow them faster on some farms i think, then they use chemicals so they stay in the store longer and look fresher before it goes bad.

try a natural organic fruit or a vegetable off a farm or home garden and youl see a waaaaaaay bigger difference. organic is way better.

Its all for a profit. Like Visionary said, buy organic, or just eat them with the chemicals in them, it won't do you much harm anyways.

thts y now a days people are adding to their products like no MSG and no artificial flavors or preservatives they know they are bad for the body
red 40 yellow 5, aspartame (i think mostly in diet drinks) are jsut some of the chemicals used in food and beverages

i no its doesnt have to do with the vegetables but its does on how people add chemicals to everyday things we consume that are not really needed
