Need some URGENT computer help.

okay, my friends have been getting emails from me, with a link to a dress design or something. This happened to me like 2 weeks ago too, about viagra, and i changed my pass word to a STRONG password...
i tracked the IP addresses, and the first one is from spain.
the second email, is from Germany.

thats the ip.
im well aware it could be a proxy or whatever.

but how do i get rid of it? On my pc, i have AVG 2011, and MalwareBytes(which is a piece of crap, IMO). MB found like 23 'trojans', but i KNOW that its a clean file. so, please dont recommend i use MB...

please help...

I have something similar where I get emails from myself....weird....about random things and I send enlargement emails to my contacts which is not cool, cuz then I get angry replys from messages I never personally sent. If you find a cure let me know.

it doesnt need defragging. defragging doesnt do anything, other than put files into place, and speed up your computer if you've fucked it up... and mine doesnt need it xD
