You could have CoderPR...
CoderPR has a feature that you can disable it as long as you are playing a game.
So if you press the + & - symbols the menu won't show up.
You should have pressed the home button to prove you don't hack.
When you have the new cheat devices they take up the home screen memory (Something like that I don't remember) even when It's disabled,but you didn't so there is still a possibility you do.
I don't think you do tho.
