if youre all 6'0 pr 6'1 and weigh 140-150 u need to get some muscle
and fantin vball really isnt meant for just tall people you still need youre defensive people that dont need to be tall at all just fast or atleast able to dive and pick up spikes

i lift 3 days a week in our schools weightroom, i can squat double my weight..... im just skinny, not week
