Alexi Ogando – SP – 56% owned. Ogando returns from the DL tomorrow and gets the Yankees at home who bat a career .263 against them. The Yankees aren’t exactly intimidating right now so I think he can have a nice start right off the bat. (Rating ****)
Jarrod Parker – SP – 67% owned. Parker gets the Astros tomorrow. He should be worth a start if available in your league. (Rating ****)
Jarred Cosart – SP – 7% owned. Cosart had a very nice debut a week ago, going eight scoreless innings, and striking out two batters in the win. I like his chances of a quality start versus the Athletics tomorrow. (Rating ***)
Jhoulys Chacin – SP – 38% owned. Chacin has been stellar over his past seven outings allowing more than two earned runs just once. He gets Miami tomorrow. (Rating *****)
Tony Cingrani – SP – 46% owned. Cingrani handled the Giants well just a few weeks ago and I don’t see any reason why he couldnt again. On July 3rd, he went 5.2 innings, allowing 2 earned runs, while striking out five in the no decision. I wouldn’t mind running him out there. (Rating ****)
The Lumber
Danny Valencia – 3B – 0% owned. Valencia is 11 for 20 with four doubles, a triple, and only one strikeout. I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a spot start tomorrow. (Rating ****)
Matt Joyce – OF – 22% owned. Joyce is 4 for 8 with two home runs off Jon Lester who has been brutal this season. He should have a nice day tomorrow. (Rating *****)
