Should Yankee be a MoHH commander?

Simply put I've been thinking about it for a long time and I want the rest of the clans opinion. And this is for HIM only so don't come in here saying you want to be a commander because since your not named then I havn't thought that your good enough for the position. So people tell me what you think...yes or no...
