According to game files, the mighty Desert Eagle will finally be coming to BF4.
The upcoming Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth expansion pack will be released this Summer, and will include some new weapons, vehicles, maps etc. — just as we’re accustomed to. According to some game files that were added to the latest PC patch, one of the new weapons will be the famed Desert Eagle, one of the most powerful hand guns in the world.
The Battlefield 4 Dragon’s Teeth DLC will focus on urban warfare, where most maps will be set in cities that have been “locked down by the Chinese Army”. Other rumored weapons include the CS5 sniper rifle, SIG MPX submachine gun, and the Bulldog 762 assault rifle.
One of the rumored new gadgets is an EOD bot, but instead of the blow-torch, it will be armed with a 40mm grenade launcher. We’ve previously reported that Dragon’s Teeth will also include a ballistic shield gadget.
Dragon’s Teeth will be released this Summer. It will include four new maps, new weapons, gadgets, and maybe a new vehicle or two as well. We’ll have to wait and see what DICE has in store for us. Development on Dragon’s Teeth is led by DICE LA, the new studio that was opened last year in Los Angeles.
