Despite the Southeastern Conference issuing a statement saying they would not continue their licensing deal with EA Sports for the use of their logos and trademarks in the NCAA-less College Football franchise “moving forward,” A Kotaku source who claims to have access to a list of licensing partners for next year’s game asserts the SEC is still on it. The source also said only one school that was included in this year’s game will be removed, but did not name the school.

The source says the list of partners will soon be released to the public for our perusal, but for now we will just sit here with our head spinning. The source also said the reports about the Pac-12 and Big Ten pulling out are true.
