Ok, well I was being a dumbass and fucking around with my memory stick when I realized my PSP froze, I thought to myself dammit stop feezing. Then when I turned my PSP back on I realized my PSP just pwned me. "the memory stick inserted cannot be read, please format"

I found a program that recovers lost data but only pictures, and you have to pay for it.

Does anyone know any memorystick recovery programs that you don't have to pay for?

FTR: I don't need a bunch of posts says well you got pwned, you suck, that sucks, or any of that shit, I just need a straight answer.

no stg but I remeber losing my MH file which took me like 200 hours playtime to get where I was, I was like holy fuck no.

take the memory stick out, blow in the psp place where u put the memory stick than put it back in, it works for me.

remove the faceplate and fix the Memory stick slot... probably caused by some dust, food (xD), ect..

Well I tried some contact cleaner but no good. My Pandora memory stick worked just fine in the PSP so I had no other option but to format the MS, Phew I thought I was out of a 8gig MS. O well, some hacks and gamesaves should get me back to where I was
