Well if you don't have a Universal Serial Bus cord then then the only other way to do it is via WiFi, if your phone has bluetooth, and your computer is Bluetooth equipped as well (like on my mac).

If you don't have WiFi or a USB, then you can set up an account at Zedge.net and upload the wallpaper to your private gallery then download it from there via your personal WAP page if your phone is able to go online. You would simply type in the WAP address (just like a website name) into your phones internet browser. There are complete directions on how to do this on the zedge.net page.
