"God Grew Tired of us" is a documentary about 25,000 survivors from the Sudan Civil war known as "The Lost boys". During the five years they walked in search of safety, thousands died from starvation, dehydration, bomb raids and genocidal murder. Finally, they found relative safety in Kenya’s Kakuma refugee camp. . In 2001, 3,600 lost boys, including John, Daniel and Panther, were invited by the United States to live in America.
I really suggest you guys watch this movie. Before you are quick to judge and you bitch because it's a documentary, just watch a good 15 minutes of it. It is one of the best movies, let alone documentary's I have seen. It's on netflix, if you have that. If not, look for it at blockbuster.
