Well I wanted to quit smokin but cold turkey wasn't easy at all!
So I heard of these and decided to buy one and it works really good and I would recommend it to any smoker trying to quit it completely eliminates the cravings when ever u wana smoke just suck on this bad boy and your good. This is the exact model I have but theres hundreds of others to try.
