Download this: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/windows-installer

If it doesn't automatically make a new partition for you, go to
Start>Right-click My Computer>Manage.

Click on "Disk Management"

Highlight the partition Windows is installed to

Right-click and click on "Shrink Volume"

Type a mimimum of about 20000 (if you don't have at least that much space, I wouldn't suggest dualbooting [and that's 4 <FOUR> zeros])

Let it do it's thang

Right click on "Unallocated Space" and click on New Simple Volume

Let that thang do it's thang

Go back to Wubi and install Linux to your new partition.

Restart your computer and if it worked, you'll be presented with two boot options.

PS, I'm typing this all from memory, so some stuff might be worded different, but I'm pretty sure it's otherwise accurate.

Then download it, and install it to the new partition. Hell, you could even install Mac OS X if you wanted to.

Yes, it is. And it's the final version, not a developer preview.

I've done this before on my HP laptop, so if anyone needs help with it, post in here as this is the only thing I'm going to be giving constant support.

If you're going to upgrade a Mac, I suggest you get the version made for Mac, not for PC.
