Okay, this is a pretty cool idea, and I think it's already been done, but I was thinking about a Proxy Server with a dynamic IP address and URL. You know, so it's always changing, like, every 5 minutes? That way it can't be blocked. I don't really know that much about coding (PHP in particular) so, if there's any thoughts on the subject, let me know.
