I voted for m16 because of it's long rang capabilities over the ak-47. but yes you can drag an ak through the muddy sand of a river bed and it will still fire. Maybe not accurately but it will fire.

the AK isnt very accurate, older than the M16, doesnt usually use a scope or a silencer cant really be used for spec. ops shit, but is really powerful and deadly and easy to get. M16 is very accurate uses a scope and can have a silencer on it making it ideal for spec. ops and it looks cooler

so that would be the M16
