Have any of you here heard about the "Mayan Prophecies"?
In a nutshell, what it is, is back like 2 thousand years ago a Tribe existed i think in Mexico. long story short, they built a "Calendar" that predicted many coming events. World War I and II, and many others. ALL in which have come true. the number one HYPE about these predictions are the ones about the END OF ALL HUMANITY, taking place on December 21st 2012. they don't give much info on it, but they do say that ALL of man will perish. now, this is NOT a religion. mayans themselves made it there religion somewhat, but it was merely a prediction of what is to come.
Now the parts that makes me take it seriously is several things:
1. The Bible Code: google it if you want to know more about this, but the bible, which is NOT RELATED to any mayan history at all, predicts the end of man on 2012 also. many other cultures, again, not having any knowledge of the mayans, also have there own predictions of 2012 as the end date.
2. What scientists actually know for a FACT that will happen in 2012:
They know that on December 21st 2012, the solar flares on the sun will PEAK. meaning they will fire off the sun at there highest...hight. lol science also proves that on this date, 2 other things will DEFINITELY happen, our sun will line up with the center of our galaxy [the milky way] on top of that, i forget which planet, but a distant planet in our solar system will be lined up too. we on one side, the sun in the middle, and this planet on the other side. this will CUT OFF whatever "energies" we get from that planet. also in 2012, Earth will FLIP on its side. all 3 of these things happen every 26,000 years. its a fact.
3. Religious people claim this cant be the end of man, as god gives hints when we will end and it all doesn't add up. well, god FLOODED the world way back when. this is what killed the dinosaurs. not comets, not volcanoes. now, god mentions that the END of man will not be by flood waters again, but instead by FIRE and BRIMSTONE. basically our planet will BURN.
Could this be the solar flares? when you take all of this, the flipping of earth, the alignment of earth/sun/other planet with the center of the galaxy, could it be the PERFECT setting in which will destroy earth?
Heres the main thing about all this. ALL of the mayan calendars predictions have already come true. there were 6 of them. all past 5 have came true. the 6th prediction is the END DATE of earth. each of the past 5 predictions, ended in cataclysmic events. so if all of them happened, then WHY wouldn't we believe that this 6th prediction will also happen?
Bottom line guys, IF all this is true, and 2012 is the actual doomsday of all of earth, this would mean YOU have only about 5 years to live. this means that my son dradon will NOT reach the age of 7. it means i will die when i reach 30 years of age.
Now, lets say that this is true, and YES the earth and all in it will perish in 2012, this would HEAVILY back up religion. the mayans was taught how to do this by a WHITE man, with fluffy long white hair and beard, with blue eyes and had an ELONGATED skull. he was said to have come from the sky. 2000 years BEFORE this, the aztecs also was visited by a man that matched that same description. then this planet was visited by a man named Jesus Christ. could these men be from the same......umm say "CLAN"? clan of super humans that come here to prepare us for a major life changing event? i would think so. as there is more PROOF of all this i just spoke of, more than you can prove you exist and are reading this. thats how hardcore it is.
Most religions don't have proofs, some have a little, but not much. this is the whole point of religions. if you had PROOF you would be forced into accepting that religion is real. this is why we don't have proof. this is why its called a belief, this is what you call FAITH. to believe in it, without having proof. now the mayans believe in god. which one i dunno. but they do. they call him "The Creator". now this may sound like mumbo jumbo to most of you, but if you have a man claiming that god isn't real, that when you die your just DEAD, when he actually has no NOTHING to back it up besides his own personal opinion, then you have say the mayans, who are telling you about your future, and all they have said has already came true, and they claim god is real, i think i will take my chances with them.
The point of that last sentence is basicly, you do have 5 years left on this earth, 5 years to spend with loved ones. IF there is another life you will move to after you die hear, you must start taking even the silliest of GOD talk serious. the mayans say that the only way to continue living after your death in this PHYSICAL world is by LOVE. to have no hatred for anything or anyone. to forgive those who have harmed you, 100%.
The mayan callendar they say is 10,000th of a day more acurate than our own. what i mean by calendar is NOT the same as the one we have hanging on our wall, or the one in our computers. this is moreless a MAP of the entire galaxy. the mayans knew how each planet was made and when that planet will be destroyed, WE only have THEORIES on this, basically a GUESS. but they knew truth.
You can google "mayan" and get all kinds of info on all this. i suggest google video or youtube. the mayans were trying to WARN us. maybe not to SAVE earth, as the destruction of earth is unchangeable. but maybe to save your soul? i know most of you may not follow a god of some sort, or think jesus christ is a joke, but there is more to it all than meets the eye. the world ruins religion for us, not the religion itself. its perverted catholic priests who make god look bad, not the religion itself. its mere mistakes and mistranslations that have caused over 101 contradictions in the english version of the bible, not the religion itself. i personally believe in what the mayans have foretold, now im going to take that knowledge and finaly LIVE.
