    How to sort broken PSP's

    I would like to know if anyone has a problem when they are logining on to RR and it comes up with aqquiring ip address then connecting to lobby does anyone else's PSP's randomly turn off at his point? and sometimes turn off if a hacker throws a load of nades? please can i have help or advice...
